It is a very emotional time for us when our parents start to need help just to get along. The very people who raised us and took care of us when we were vulnerable,
all of a sudden need to be cared for themselves.
Here we attempt to answer some of the hard questions that you need to ask. These answers may help you learn what options are available and how you can make the process easier for your family members and yourselves.
Are the services affordable?
Because you pick the service package that is tailored to your individual needs, it is designed to fit within your budget. Our Health Care Professionals are available by the hour, day, or week, long or short term (though there is a four hour minimum).
Are your people professional?
Our Health Care Professionals are the "cream of the crop". They are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected for their skills, experience, professionalism, and sensitivity. Our health care team includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, and homemaker/companions.
What can I expect next, if I request an interview?
We start the home-care process by having our Registered Nurse or care coordinator conduct an in-depth assessment of you or your loved one's lifestyle, medical condition, and the kind of assistance that your or your doctor have ordered. That will determine the scope of care. During the meeting, we explain fully the services available, answer any additional questions you have, and help with the important care decisions faced by the family.
